IBPS Clerk Recruitment 2023 – Educational Qualifications

  • A Degree (Graduation) in any discipline from a University recognised
    by the Govt. Of India or any equivalent qualification recognized as
    such by the Central Government.

  • Computer Literacy: Operating and working knowledge in computer
    systems is mandatory i.e. candidates should have Certificate/ Diploma/
    Degree in computer operations /Language/ should have studied Computer /
    Information Technology as one of the subjects in the High School/

IBPS Clerk Salary Details

The IBPS Clerk receives a basic salary of Rs. 19,900 to Rs. 47,920
per month, which includes various allowances such as dearness allowance,
house rent allowance, medical allowance, and transport allowance. The
initial cash-in-hand salary for IBPS Clerk is Rs. 29,453. The basic pay
constitutes Rs. 19,900, while the remaining salary is made up of the
allowances mentioned above.

IBPS Clerk 2023 – Selection Process

  • The IBPS Clerk CRP XIII recruitment process consists of two phases: the Preliminary Examination and the Mains
    Examination. To be selected for the position of clerical cadre in most
    top Public Sector Banks, candidates must pass both exams.

  • It is essential to note that there is no interview process required
    after the mains exam, and 100% weightage is given to the result of the
    mains exam for the selection of candidates.

Penalty for Wrong Answers (Applicable to both – Online Preliminary and Online

Main Examination) –
There will be penalty for wrong answers marked
in the Objective Tests. For each question for which a wrong answer has
been given by the candidate one fourth or 0.25 of the marks
assigned to that question will be deducted as penalty to arrive at
corrected score. If a question is left blank, i.e. no answer is marked
by the candidate, there will be no penalty for that question.

IBPS Clerk Admit Card 2023

Candidates are advised to download the IBPS Clerk 2023 admit card
from the official website of the bank, as the physical copy of the admit
card will not be sent through postal mail. To access the official
website and download the admit card, candidates will need to provide the
following information Registration Number/Roll Number and Date of
Birth/Password. The admit card for IBPS Clerk 2023 will be made
available on the official website approximately 10 to 15 days before the
exam. The issuance of the admit card or call letter will be done in two
phases, corresponding to the Online Preliminary Examination and Online
Mains Examination. A link to download the admit card will be provided on
the relevant webpage. Before downloading the admit card, candidates are
strongly advised to verify the details mentioned on the card for
accuracy and completeness.

IBPS Clerk Result 2023

Upon the completion of each phase of the examination, IBPS will
announce the IBPS Clerk 2023 Results. The final merit lists, categorized
by state and by specific categories, will be prepared based on the
candidates’ performance in the online mains examination. The merit lists
will be arranged in descending order, considering the marks obtained by
